Shipment cost by the Israel post - ILS50
Home delivery cost - ILS100. Deliveries will be provided up to 5 business days
A pickup option is also available from the studio with no extra charges.
Shipment outside of Israel will be calculated according to the destination shipping fees.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
You can return items to the studio using a Gett delivery services - charges will be calculated according to the origin and will be paid by the customer, The package can be also delivered by other providers as long as it's express delivery, an option of drop-off in the studio is also available.
On Sale items can be returned or replaced up to 5 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return (and a refund), your item must be unused, with all the original tags and in the same condition that you received it.
Item that been changed after the purchase will not be eligible for return.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom made items are not eligible for returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card according to the terms of your purchase (meaning, if you used installments, your refund will also be divided into installments) within 48 hours. You will receive the credit within 14 days, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase value.
Pre-Order Items
We have a Pre-Order purchase option in each item that was temporary out of stock, within each item you can find Pre-Order in the size chart to have an order of out of stock item, these items will be delivered up to 20 business days
